Limelight for NO Reason SHILPA Shetty and Rakhi Sawant ??
Shilpa, who is a judge on the dance show, has been giving a cold shoulder to Rakhi, a
contestant. In the latest episode, aired on Saturday, which was a Mother's Day special,
Shilpa's reaction after Rakhi performance clearly showed that she doesn't want to encourage any staged drama on the part of Rakhi.
"It was an average performance," Shilpa said after Rakhi performed to the beats of the
mehbooba mehbooba number from film Sholay, along with her ex-boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi. For the record, the episode marked Rakhi's reunion with Abhishek after she had very publicly
broken ties with him.
True to form, Rakhi tried to cash in on the reunion drama. She started to apologise to
Abhishek's mother, who was also present on the show. Shilpa looked on impatiently, waiting for the drama to get over. The catfight between the two started in the early rounds when Shilpa, after a dance by Rakhi, said her performance was far from the quality one would expect from an item bomb. Never the one to take things lying down, Rakhi promptly retorted that she was the Amitabh Bachchan of television. Rakhi's dig was obvious.
Despite having made it big, Shilpa has never really been a top star. It didn't end there. The item girl went on to declared: "Even Sachin Tendulkar is out on zero at times." Shilpa was clearly stumped, but her co-judge Arshad Warsi came to her rescue. "When Sachin scores a zero, he is credited zero runs on the scoreboard too. You should keep that in mind," he told Rakhi.
The catfight has shifted focus from what the show is meant to be - a battle of sexes between male celebrities (known in the contest as Mastkalandar) and their female counterparts (Massakali). Shilpa is clearly in the mood to cut a strict picture as a judge on the show. This is in sync with her of-late bid to project herself as a woman of substance.
Onlookers feel Shilpa's strict image on Zara Nachke Dikha is because she wants to stop Rakhi from hogging the limelight. A source in the production unit of the show said: "Shilpa is generally friendly with the contestants. She is seen interacting with most of them. But with Rakhi, she maintains a distance. Nobody has ever seen the two getting frendly." The battle of the bombshells has just begun!

Dirty & Valagar Indians is Mukesh Ambani Vs Anil Ambani ?
The Supreme Court's verdict on the Mukesh Vs Anil Ambani case is due today, and it's likely that there will be two judgements.
The Ambani dispute was heard by a three-judge bench headed by the Chief Justice of India, KG Balakrishnan.
The Supreme Court's list of cases for Friday shows that Justice P Sathasivam and Justice B Sudershan Reddy will deliver separate judgements. If the two judgments don't concur, the majority opinion will prevail.
Anil Ambani to be in court for verdict.
The case is one of India's biggest corporate battles - it's a face-off between two brothers, both billionaires, who own gigantic business groups.
At the heart of the war is the gas produced by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) in the Krishna Godavari (KG) basin. The gas is sold to Anil Ambani's Reliance Natural Resources Limited (RNRL) for its power plants. Mukesh wants to raise the price that was agreed upon by a family agreement in 2005 after the brothers decided to split the empire built by their father, Dhirubhai Ambani.
In 2007, the government said that the agreed-upon rate of $2.34 per unit was far too low. Mukesh Ambani said he had to raise his rates accordingly to $4.2 per unit and follow government orders because the government owns the gas, he's just a contractor.
Anil accused Mukesh of artificially inflating his costs and decreasing his output to make super-normal profits.
And the government says it doesn't recognize the family contract between Anil and Mukesh because the Krishna Godavari gas is government property, and therefore, two private parties cannot strike a deal without the government's clearance. The government also says it has set the new price based on a fair formula.

MUMBAI: Pakistani terrorist, Ajmal Amir Kasab, charged with the deaths of 166 Indians and foreigners, has been pronounced guilty of all charges by a special court in Mumbai. The two Indians, who were named as co-accused in the case– Faheem Ansari and Sabauddin Shaikh, have been acquitted.
The argument on quantum of sentence to Kasab will be held tomorrow.
Kasab has been convicted on all 86 charges against him. He was found guilty or murder and waging war against the nation, the court said while delivering the judgment.
“You have been found guilty of waging war against India, and killing people at CST (train station), killing government officials and abetting the other nine terrorists,” Judge M.L. Tahaliyani said as he announced his verdict. They were the most serious charges laid against Kasab, a 22-year-old Pakistani who was arrested after the Mumbai siege.
The conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan, the judge said.
The two Indian co-accused were set free because the evidence against them was weak, the court ruled. Kasab had said that the duo supplied maps of Mumbai to LeT bosses. Thus, they gave logistical support to carry out the attack. But the judge, punching a hole in the prosecution’s argument, said better maps were available on Google than the crude drawings Kasab claimed had been supplied by Ansari and Sabauddin.
This verdict is the biggest terror trial the city has witnessed in recent times. Ten Pakistani terrorists sneaked into Mumbai on 26th November 2008 and unleashed 60 hours of mayhem that left 166 people dead and 244 injured. The terrorists had targeted several sites such as the World Heritage Building of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel, Hotel Oberoi-Trident, Cama Hospital and the Chabad House, a Jewish prayer centre and Leopold Cafe, a favourite among foreigners.
The witnesses included many survivors of the terror attacks, eyewitnesses, family members of the victims, police officials, several foreign nationals, Indian security officials and officials from the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
There was extremely tight security around the court premises as the verdict was being delivered. Some reporters were allowed inside court, however, use of mobile phones or any other devices was strictly prohibited.
The prosecution had gathered a heap of evidence against Kasab and presented strong arguments that are capable of sending him to the gallows. Special prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam charged Kasab with not just the criminal acts of killing and injuring scores of innocent people, but termed him guilty of the entire conspiracy that went into planning and executing the dastardly attack.
Nikam argued that Kasab is a highly trained and motivated member of the Pakistani terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) who underwent months of training in weapons and intelligence so he could execute the well-planned attack on Mumbai. Nikam also relied on scores of witness testimonies in a bid to establish Kasab’s role in the killing of innocents at CST and Cama Hospital, the gunning down of senior policemen in Badruddin Tyabji Lane and the final gunbattle at Marine Drive.
The prosecution’s main argument had been that Kasab is a cold-blooded killer whose guilt has been established both through human accounts of the night of November 26, 2008, as well as forensic evidence in the form of DNA reports.
The case against Ansari and Shaikh revolved around Kasab’s confession to magistrate R V Sawant Waghule in February 2009. Kasab had said that the duo supplied maps of Mumbai to LeT bosses. Thus, they gave logistical support to carry out the attack.
In his defence, Kasab had maintained that he was an innocent Pakistani who was picked up several days prior to the attack. He has insisted that the terrorist caught on CCTV is not him but a lookalike. He also rubbished all witness testimonies as tutored and given at the behest of police officials.
Both Ansari and Shaikh had denied all wrongdoing. Their main argument is why would the LeT rely upon crude maps allegedly supplied by them when far more sophisticated versions were easily available on the internet. After the arrest of American David Coleman Headley, they also argued that recce work for the attack was done by him and they had been framed needlessly in the case.
In September 2006, after 13 years of arguments, the Tada court had begun giving its verdicts in the 1993 serial blasts case. It was the last major trial in recent times.

Why not forgiving him and send him to a livelong to jail and a lifelong "Vipassana meditation course" as taught by S.N.Goenka for rehabilitation. All of you who want him dead, who give you the right to judge over someone's live and even craving his dead?... you don't have the power to create any live but you ... See Moredear to demand his dead. Does this not make you worse than him? You only see his present life you don't know what he was in his past life and you don't know his future life. The criminal of today can be the the saint of tomorrow. I know most of you will not agree with me but I don't mind, I am just giving you another point of view... maybe not better than yours... but certainly different.
