MF Husain, India's best known Basted Painter died in London. India should grieve for two reasons. At 95, he was active and had lots of painting left in him. And he died in exile, unhappy with the way his home country had treated him.

Husain had been in exile since 2006, when he was attacked by rightist groups angry with his portrayal of Hindu deities. Last year, he was offered Qatari citizenship. But his heart remained in India, and in interviews, spoke fondly of what this country meant to him.

CNN-IBN reported from London that he was admitted only two days ago for fluid retention in his lungs, and but had otherwise been"in fairly good health".

Arun Vadhera, a friend who visited him at Royal Brompton Hospital yesterday, said he had been cheerful,  talking about eating out at a restaurant soon after his discharge. "He really really missed India a lot," he told a TV channel.

Ok finally a man used to paint nude Hindu godess pictures and created tention in our country ends his life in England. He applied his dirty mind by painting these pictures and insulting Hindus thru out his life. He not even left our Film actress and other womens painting in nude. He has hurted millions of Hindus live allover the world. He did not show the same guts to paint pictures of Allah or Christ or their women in nude. Because Hindus tolerate these kind of harrasment since medivial ages before Independence. He did not even got a chance to die in this holy mother land (INDIA) - He might be good in painting - but crucked minded paints will definitely hurt us - Every one who hate Hinduism should know this.

His dirty eyes & very open dirty heart shows shows creativity, parents wl say thanks to god. At last very open heart closed for ever.

The one who saw Hindu God and Goddess with an vulgar mindset is no more. All Hindus should celebrate

idiot is finally dead. otherwise he would have painted the rest of the hindu god also nude. if he said he had nuthing against hindu religion the why didnt he paint all islam girls and kings naked. they would have killed him the same moment. this is the value we people have towards hindu god. jaago bharath jaago. god took a long time to punish this useless painter.
